Effective February 1, 2012, University Financial Aid uses PowerFAIDS Net Partner for online, interactive delivery of Financial Aid services and information to undergraduate and graduate students for their academic years 2012-13 and beyond. Net Partner is a SSL secure (https) website with browser support for Internet Explorer 7 and later and Firefox 3.6 and later.
BriefCase, the former financial aid portal, will no longer be available to students. For the 2011-12 academic year, financial aid information and award revisions will be sent to students via email. Students who need information or who need to make adjustments to their current aid awards should contact the Office of University Financial Aid by calling (216) 368-4530 during Normal Business Hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding University holidays) or by email to financialaid@case.edu.
You must have an active CWRU Network ID in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing online the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. On your FAFSA, enter our school code, 003137, and we will automatically receive a copy from the Department of Education within a week.
